Refund policy


Carolina Dressroom – Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel confident and fabulous in every Carolina Dressroom piece. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.





1. Return Eligibility

 

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original packaging with tags attached, within:

  • UK customers: 14 days from delivery
  • USA, France, and Italy customers: 21 days from delivery

 

 


2. Non-Returnable Items

 

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Earrings and jewellery
  • Undergarments and shapewear
  • Final sale or clearance item

3. How to Return an Item

 

 

 

  1. Email returns@carolinadressroom.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. send 2nd class signed for
  3. Package your item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping point. 


 

 

 

4. Return Shipping Costs

 

  • UK: £3.95 (deducted from refund)
  • USA: £9.95 (deducted from refund)
  • France & Italy: £7.95 (deducted from refund)
  • If your item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping is free.






5. Refunds


  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Shipping fees (original delivery cost) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.






6. Exchanges

 

  • If you’d like a different size or colour, please inbox our Facebook page 
  • Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item.
  • For faster service, you can place a new order and return the original item for a refund.



 

 

7. Damaged or Faulty Items

 

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll make it right.
